All of our skippers and mates are qualified to Yachtmaster standards with commercial endorsement and vetted by myself or a long standing skipper. All will have done at least one appraisal passage with us.
Each delivery has three crew, four for trans ocean passages for safety and insurance reasons.When our crew arrive onboard, each vessel is thoroughly inspected using a checklist and all vulnerable surfaces are covered and protected. This with the victualling, normally takes about twenty four hours.
The owner is kept up to date on the progress of the delivery using spot satellite technology and updates from the office. Any problems encountered enroute are if possible put right, and our office can locate and ship spares to a suitable port enroute.
At the end of the delivery the vessel is thoroughly cleaned and handed over to the owner with a full condition and passage report.
